Martux_m, a pioneer of Italian electronic music, began his career as a musician and producer of electronic music in the 90s.
He released his first album "Meta-Harmonies" for Staalplaat under the name Martusciello. After this first album, he founded several electronic art groups under the name Martux_m,
including Ossatura, Metaxu, and the Martux_m Crew. He has released more than twenty albums, with the most prestigious international record labels, including Label Bleu (FR), Metamkine (FR), Auditorium Parco della Musica Records (IT), Plate Lunch (DE), CubicFabric (CA), Notipe (CA).
In his projects he collaborates with musicians such as: Markus Stockhausen, Danilo Rea, Arto Lindsay, Eivind Aarset, Nils Petter Molvaer, Jon Hassel, Ramin Bahrami.
He is invited to major international festivals, including: Sonar (ES), Mutek (CND), RomaEuropa (IT), Dissonanze (IT), Villette-Numerique (FR), Lincoln Center NY.

The meeting between Martux_m and Nils Petter Molvaer, comes from afar. They have collaborated together in various projects. The first concert together dates back to 2013 in Rome, and precisely in the spaces of the Auditorium Parco della Musica in the summer event Luglio Suona Bene.
After exactly 10 years they have given life to a new project entitled “Meditation”. Their collaboration also continues on a recording level when in 2021 Nils Petter Molvaer asks Martux_m and Bill Laswell to reinterpret the song “Nearly Invisible Stitches” on the album “Stitches” for BMG Records.
As we were saying, after 10 years of absence in Italy, the duo is back in Italy with a new project. Meditation, has no reference to religious spirituality, but focuses its attention on "feeling", on listening, to be more precise I would say on a reflective meditation on the whole world around us.
The result is an unprecedented sound, which surpasses all genre limits: ambient, contemporary, glitch electronic, minimal Techno and jazz merge into a single sound, making this work one of a kind.
